Why the process matters more than the location
Most bad experiences with offshore teams come from the same few gaps: vague scope, silence for weeks, and changes pushed live without anyone checking. We’ve built our process around closing those gaps.
Every project, from a single landing page to a monthly automation retainer, follows the same four stages. The details change. The order doesn’t.
The four stages of every project
- 1. Free audit You send your website and a short note on what’s slowing you down. We review your site, listings and current tools, then email a PDF with what we found. You can request one on the free audit page.
- 2. Written proposal with a fixed monthly scope We turn the audit into a proposal listing deliverables, timelines and a fixed price. Retainers get a fixed monthly scope, so you know what lands each month. Builds get a project price split into milestones.
- 3. Staged build with reviews We build in stages and share each one on a staging site, a test workflow or a draft calendar. You review it, leave comments and approve. Nothing touches your live site, inbox or pages until you say so.
- 4. Run, monitor and report Once live, we watch it. Workflows get error alerts, websites get uptime and speed checks, and campaigns get tracked. Every two weeks you get a written report covering work done, numbers that moved, issues found and next steps.
Communication and working hours
Most of our communication happens by email and WhatsApp, with shared Google Docs and Sheets for anything that needs comments. If you already use Slack, Trello, Asana or ClickUp, we’ll work inside your setup.
We’re in Lahore, which is ahead of the UK by four or five hours depending on daylight saving, and ahead of the US East Coast by nine or ten. Our day covers the UK and European morning and early afternoon, and the Australian afternoon and evening. For US clients we keep evening hours in Lahore open, which lines up with your morning.
No sales calls are required to start. Many clients never get on a call at all and run everything over WhatsApp and email. If you’d prefer a video call for a kickoff or a review, we’ll book one in your time zone.
Data handling, NDAs and access
NDAs on request
We sign your NDA before the audit if you want one, or send ours. Either works.
Access you control
We ask for user-level access to your tools, never your owner login. You can remove our access any time from your own admin panel.
Accounts stay in your name
Domains, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, CRM and code repositories belong to you. We work as invited users.
Careful with customer data
We only pull the customer records a task needs, keep them in your systems where possible and don’t reuse them elsewhere. Read our GDPR page for the details.
Invoicing and payments
We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD, whichever suits your books. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project builds are billed by milestone, so you pay for each stage as it’s delivered and approved.
Change requests outside the agreed scope get a short written quote first. If you approve it, we add it. If not, the original scope stands and nothing extra appears on the invoice. See pricing for how we price different kinds of work.
