Landing Page Design

Our landing page design services build single-purpose pages for paid traffic: one offer, one action, fast on a phone, and tracked properly so you know which ad and keyword produced each lead.

Why ad traffic needs its own page

A landing page is a standalone page built for one campaign and one action, such as booking a call, requesting a quote or claiming an offer. We design, write and build landing pages for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, and connect them to your CRM and analytics.

Sending paid clicks to your homepage wastes money. The visitor searched for something specific, like “emergency water damage repair” or “bookkeeping for contractors”, and the homepage makes them hunt for it. A dedicated page repeats the promise from the ad, answers the main objections, and puts the form or phone number where a thumb can reach it.

Message match also helps Google Ads Quality Score through landing page experience and relevance, which affects what you pay per click. Our PPC management team builds pages and campaigns together for that reason.

What goes into our PPC landing pages

Message match

Headline and first screen mirror the ad group’s keyword and offer, so visitors know they’re in the right place.

Conversion copy

Benefit-led copy, proof points you can actually back up, an FAQ for objections, and one clear call to action.

Short forms

Only the fields you need to qualify the lead, with click-to-call and WhatsApp options for mobile visitors.

Speed first

Lightweight code, compressed images and no heavy sliders, so the page loads quickly on mobile networks.

Tracking

GA4 events, Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, plus UTM and GCLID capture into your CRM.

Variants for testing

Alternate headlines, offers or layouts for A/B tests, with clear notes on what each version changes.

How we build a landing page

  1. Review the campaign We look at your ads, keywords, search terms and current page to understand who’s arriving and why.
  2. Write the page Copy comes first, structured around the visitor’s question, your offer, proof and the next step.
  3. Design and approve A mobile-first mockup you review and sign off on before we build.
  4. Build and track We build on your site, a subdomain or a tool like Unbounce, and test every conversion event before launch.
  5. Test and refine After enough traffic, we review conversion data and propose the next test. Reports arrive every two weeks.

Landing pages we build often

Local service campaigns

Pages per service and city for plumbers, restoration companies and home service firms running Google Ads and Local Services Ads.

Lead magnets

Guide, checklist or webinar sign-up pages that feed an email sequence.

Free consultation offers

Pages for law firms, accountants and agencies where the goal is a booked consultation.

Product launches

Pre-order or waitlist pages for new products, linked to Shopify or Klaviyo.

What we measure after launch

A landing page is only as good as its tracking. We test every form submission, call click and WhatsApp click as a conversion in GA4 and your ad platforms before any budget goes live, and we pass the click ID and UTM tags into your CRM so a closed deal can be traced back to the keyword that started it.

After launch we watch conversion rate, cost per lead, bounce and scroll depth, and use session recordings in Microsoft Clarity to see where people hesitate. That evidence decides the next test, whether it’s a new headline, a shorter form or a different offer.

Questions we get about landing page design

Should landing pages be on my main website?

Usually yes, under a path like /offer/ with noindex if they duplicate your service pages. A subdomain or a builder like Unbounce works when your main site is slow or hard to edit.

Do landing pages hurt SEO?

Not when they’re set up properly. Pages built only for ads are often noindexed so they don’t compete with your service pages. Pages meant to rank are written and linked differently.

How many landing pages do I need?

One per distinct offer and audience is a good rule. A plumber running emergency and installation campaigns needs two pages, since the visitor’s urgency and questions are different.

Can you improve our existing landing page?

Yes. Start with a free audit and we’ll review speed, copy, form friction and tracking, then propose fixes or a rebuild.

What does a landing page cost?

It depends on copy, design and tracking setup. The website cost calculator covers single pages, or we’ll quote after a free audit.
