AI Workflow Automation

Make.com Automation

Hire a Make.com automation expert to build new scenarios, repair the ones that keep failing, and cut the operations your account burns each month, with AI modules where a step needs reading or writing.

When Make is the right platform

Make.com is a visual automation platform where each workflow, called a scenario, is drawn as a chain of modules on a canvas. You can see data move from one app to the next, and routers, iterators and aggregators let a single scenario handle branching and bulk data that would take several separate automations elsewhere.

We recommend Make when your workflows have real logic in them, like splitting an order into line items, routing by region, or merging data from three apps into one record, but you don’t want to manage a server. Its pricing is based on operations, which usually works out cheaper than per-task pricing for multi-step flows.

If your team mostly needs simple two- or three-step automations they can edit themselves, Zapier is often easier. If you need self-hosting or very high volumes, n8n is the better fit. Make sits comfortably between the two.

What we build in Make

New scenarios

Lead capture, CRM updates, order processing, invoice creation and reporting, built with clear module names and notes so anyone can follow the flow.

Routers and data handling

Routers with filters for branching, iterators and aggregators for line items and bulk records, and data stores for lookups and deduplication.

Error handling

Break, Resume, Rollback and Ignore directives set per module, so a single bad record doesn’t stop the whole scenario or vanish without trace.

Custom app connections

HTTP modules and webhooks for apps with no native Make module, including OAuth and API key authentication.

AI modules

OpenAI and Anthropic Claude modules for classifying messages, extracting data from text and drafting replies inside a scenario.

Account cleanup

We review an existing Make account, merge duplicate scenarios, fix ones that poll too often, and organize everything into folders by team.

Typical Make scenarios

E-commerce order to accounting

Each Shopify or WooCommerce order is split into line items, matched to products in Xero or QuickBooks, and posted as an invoice with the right tax codes.

Multi-source lead routing

Leads from Facebook, Google Ads forms and your website are cleaned, deduplicated in a data store and routed to the right pipeline by service and location.

Content approval flow

Drafts in Google Docs or Airtable move through review stages, notify approvers, and publish to WordPress or social scheduling tools once approved.

Monthly client report pack

Data from several ad and analytics accounts is collected, summarized by an AI module and dropped into a Google Slides template.

How we work on Make projects

  1. Free audit We review your current scenarios or the processes you want to automate and note operation usage, failures and gaps.
  2. Proposal You get a written plan with a fixed monthly scope and price covering builds, fixes and monitoring.
  3. Build and review Scenarios are built in stages and tested with real data. You approve each one before it’s switched on.
  4. Monitor We watch execution history and incomplete runs, fix issues and report every two weeks.

Questions we get about Make.com automation

Should we use Make or Zapier?

Make is usually better for multi-step scenarios with branching, loops and reshaping data, and it tends to cost less at volume. Zapier is easier for non-technical staff and has a larger app library. We’ll recommend one after looking at your actual workflows.

Our Make bill keeps going up. Can you reduce operations?

Often, yes. Common causes are scenarios that poll every few minutes when a webhook would do, filters placed after expensive modules, and loops that process records one at a time. We fix those without changing what the scenario does.

Can you fix scenarios someone else built?

Yes. We start by documenting what each scenario does, then fix errors, add error handling and tidy the structure. You’ll get notes on every change.

Do the scenarios live in our Make account?

They should, and that’s how we set it up. You keep ownership, billing stays with you, and the scenarios can be exported as blueprints at any time.
