What AI social media management means here
AI social media management is a monthly service where AI tools do the repetitive drafting, repurposing and research, and trained editors decide what actually gets posted. You get the output volume of a larger content team with a person accountable for every word.
The AI never posts on its own. It works inside a process we control, from a brand voice document and content pillars you’ve approved, and every draft passes through an editor before it reaches your calendar. That’s the core of our social media management services.
How the AI-assisted workflow runs each month
- Build the brand voice brief We turn your website, past posts, sales emails and a short questionnaire into a brand voice brief. It lists tone, banned words, phrases you like, claims you can and can’t make, and your content pillars.
- Turn the brief into prompts The brief becomes a set of reusable prompts for Claude or ChatGPT, one per post type. Prompt sets for a how-to post, an offer post and a team post each produce different structures.
- Feed in your source material We draft from real material: your blog posts, FAQs, service pages, product updates and customer questions. Posts built from your own content stay specific and accurate.
- Edit every draft by hand An editor rewrites each draft against the brief, checks facts, cuts filler and removes phrasing that sounds machine-made. Weak drafts get thrown out and written from scratch.
- Design, review and schedule Graphics go on top, the calendar goes to you a month ahead, and approved posts are scheduled in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn or your scheduler of choice.
- Feed results back into the prompts Every two weeks we review what drew reactions, comments and clicks. Those notes update the prompts and the next calendar, so the drafts get closer to your voice over time.
Where AI does the work
Repurposing long content
One blog post or webinar becomes several short posts, a carousel outline and a few hook options, each adapted to the platform.
Caption variations
We generate several versions of an opening line and pick the clearest, so the first two lines of each post earn the click to read more.
AI content scheduling support
AI helps sort a month of approved posts into a balanced schedule by pillar, platform and format, before a person sets the final dates and times.
Hashtag and topic research
AI suggests hashtags and related topics, and an editor keeps only the ones that fit your market and audience.
Performance summaries
AI reads exported post data from Meta and LinkedIn and drafts a summary, which an analyst checks before it goes into your report.
Alt text and accessibility
First drafts of image descriptions for every graphic, edited for accuracy before publishing.
What stays with people
Some decisions shouldn’t be automated. Editors make the final call on tone, anything about pricing, legal or health topics, and any post tied to news, holidays or local events in the US, UK or Australia, where context changes fast.
Your data is handled the same way. Customer details, contracts and unreleased plans don’t go into public AI tools. If a post needs that context, a person summarizes it without the sensitive parts first.
The result reads like it came from someone who knows your business, because it went through someone who does. For the visual side, see our social media content creation service, and for the planning layer, content calendar planning.

Questions we get about AI social media management
Will my posts sound like they were written by AI?
They shouldn’t. Every draft is rewritten by an editor against your brand voice brief, and we strip out the stock phrases AI tools lean on. If a post still reads generic, it doesn’t make the calendar.
Which AI tools do you use?
We mainly draft with Claude and ChatGPT and design in Canva and Figma. Scheduling happens in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn’s native scheduler or a tool like Buffer. The tools change over time; the editing step doesn’t.
Does AI post to my accounts automatically?
No. AI only produces drafts and suggestions. A person schedules every post, and only after you’ve approved the calendar.
Is AI social media management cheaper than a traditional agency?
AI cuts drafting time, which lets us include more posts and design in a plan. Use the social media pricing calculator to see an estimate for your platforms and volume.
Can you work from content we already have?
Yes, and we prefer it. Blog posts, service pages, videos, webinars and FAQs give the AI real material to work from, which keeps posts accurate and specific to you.
