Digital & AI Solutions for E-commerce Brands

We're a digital agency for ecommerce brands selling on Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplaces. We build the store, connect it to the rest of your stack, and automate the order, inventory and customer messages your team handles by hand.

What a digital agency for ecommerce brands should take off your plate

Running an online store means a lot of small, repeated jobs: answering “where’s my order”, updating stock across channels, chasing abandoned carts, uploading product data, reconciling payouts. A digital agency for ecommerce brands should build the store well and then automate as many of those jobs as it safely can.

Intelligent Solutions Tech has built websites, stores and automations for clients since 2018. We work on all the main platforms, and we pick tools based on your catalog, order volume and team.

You review each change on a staging store or test order before it reaches customers.

E-commerce work we do

Store builds and migrations

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and other platforms, including theme work, product data import and redirects when you move platforms. See e-commerce development.

Order status updates

Customers get proactive emails or WhatsApp and SMS messages when an order ships, is delayed or is out for delivery, pulled from your carrier or 3PL.

Inventory alerts

Low-stock and out-of-stock alerts go to your buyer in Slack or email, and stock levels sync across your store and marketplaces so you don’t oversell.

Abandoned cart and browse flows

Klaviyo or Shopify Email sequences for abandoned carts, browse abandonment and post-purchase, written and tested with your offers. See email automation.

Marketplace sync

Products, prices, stock and orders kept in step between your store and Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Walmart Marketplace through connectors or custom integrations and APIs.

Support inbox help

An AI chatbot answers order status and returns questions from live store data, and our non-voice BPO team handles email and chat tickets that need a person.

Traffic that turns into orders

Product and category pages need clean structure, unique descriptions, product schema and fast load times on mobile. Our SEO work covers technical fixes, collection page content and internal linking, while PPC management handles Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns with feeds kept in order.

On social, AI-powered social media management plans, creates and schedules product posts, short video and ads across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with each post approved by you before it goes out.

Order data, ad spend and email revenue get pulled into one dashboard so you can see what each channel is doing without logging into six tools.

Where e-commerce brands usually start

Growing Shopify brand

Klaviyo flows rebuilt, order delay messages automated from the 3PL feed, and a weekly sales and stock report sent to the founder.

WooCommerce store moving platforms

Products, customers, orders and URLs migrated to Shopify with redirects mapped so search traffic carries over.

Brand selling on Amazon and its own site

Stock synced between channels, marketplace orders pulled into one order view, and low-stock alerts set per SKU.

Store with a busy support inbox

A chatbot answers tracking and returns questions from live order data, and the rest go to a trained support agent.

Questions we get from e-commerce brands

Which platforms do you work on?

Shopify and WooCommerce most often, plus BigCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Wix and Squarespace stores. For marketplaces we work with Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart Marketplace through their APIs or established connectors.

Can you connect our store to our 3PL and accounting?

Yes. We connect stores to fulfillment providers, ShipStation, QuickBooks Online or Xero using native apps where they exist and custom API work where they don’t.

Will automation send wrong messages to customers?

Every flow is tested with sample orders before launch, and messages pull only from fields we’ve checked. We also set alerts so a failed sync is caught by us before customers notice.

Do you handle product content?

Yes. Our writers create product descriptions, collection copy and blog content, and AI helps draft bulk catalog updates that a person reviews before publishing.
