How our white label SEO services work
White label SEO is SEO work done by one company and sold by another under its own brand. Your agency owns the client relationship, sets the price and sends the reports. We do the audits, fixes, content and tracking in the background, and nothing we hand over carries our name.
Intelligent Solutions Tech has delivered SEO for agencies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia since 2018. Most agencies come to us for one of three reasons: they sold more SEO than their team can deliver, they want to add SEO without hiring for it, or their current provider sends reports nobody can explain to a client.
We work the way a good in-house team would. Each client account gets a written scope, a shared task list, and a report every two weeks that you can forward as it is or paste into your own template.
What we deliver under your brand
Pick the pieces you need per client. Many agencies start with audits and add monthly work once they trust the output.
Unbranded SEO audits
Technical, on-page and content audits as a PDF with your logo and colors, every issue ranked by impact and effort. Good for sales calls as well as onboarding.
On-page work
Title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema markup and image alt text, written against a keyword map we build for each client site.
Technical fixes
Crawl errors, redirect chains, canonical problems, sitemaps and Core Web Vitals issues. We fix them in WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, or write exact instructions for the client’s developer.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile setup and upkeep, citation building and cleanup, location pages and local rank tracking for service businesses. See our local SEO services for the full scope.
Content
Service pages, location pages and blog posts written by our content writing team in US, UK or Australian English, ready to publish.
Reporting
Biweekly reports from Search Console, GA4 and rank tracking, written in plain language so your account managers can read them to a client without translating.
Onboarding a client account
- Send us the site Share the client’s URL and what you sold them. We run a free audit and tell you what the site needs first.
- Agree the scope We send a written proposal per account with a fixed monthly scope and price, so you know your margin before you quote the client.
- Access and setup You add us to Search Console, GA4 and the CMS under your agency’s access. We set up rank tracking and a shared task list.
- Work in stages Fixes and content go live in batches. You review each batch, or approve it with the client, before anything is published.
- Report every two weeks You get the report and a short note on what’s next. Send it under your brand or use the numbers in your own deck.
Rules we keep for every agency partner
- Our name, logo and links never appear in client-facing files
- We don’t contact your clients unless you ask us to
- We sign an NDA on request
- No private blog networks, link farms or bulk directory blasts
- No ranking guarantees, because nobody can honestly give one
- Every change is logged so you can show the client what was done
Who uses our white label SEO for agencies
Web design agencies
You build the site and the client asks about Google. We handle the SEO retainer so you can sell it without building an SEO department.
Paid media agencies
Your clients spend on Google Ads and want organic traffic too. We run the SEO side and share keyword data with your PPC team.
Marketing consultants and freelancers
You hold a few strong client relationships and need dependable delivery behind them, one account at a time.
Local marketing agencies
Home services, restoration, legal and medical clients who need Google Business Profile work, citations and location pages month after month.
Questions we get about white label SEO
Will my clients know you’re doing the work?
No. Audits, reports and content go out with your branding or none at all, and we don’t contact your clients. If a client needs a technical call, we can join as part of your team under your agency’s name.
How is pricing set?
Each client account gets a fixed monthly scope and price after a free audit. You set your own price to the client. We don’t publish rates because the work for a ten-page local site and a large ecommerce store isn’t comparable.
Which platforms do you work on?
WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom sites. On platforms where we can’t edit directly, we send the client’s developer a fix list with exact instructions and check the changes once they’re live.
Can you take over accounts from another provider?
Yes. We start with an audit of what’s been done, flag anything risky such as paid links, and give you a plan for the first 90 days before we change anything.
Do you offer white label work beyond SEO?
Yes. Agencies also send us website design and development, social media management and PPC work under the same rules.
