The starting point

The business runs two offices in the San Fernando Valley, each with its own Google Business Profile. The website had no separate page for either office, so neither profile could point to a page built around its own neighborhood.

Tracking was thin too. Google Analytics had only just been configured when we delivered the first report in November 2025, so there was almost no traffic history to compare against. Calls from the two profiles became the main number we watched.

What we did

  1. Rewrite every page Each page on the site got new content and on-page SEO set up in Rank Math. We crawled the site with Screaming Frog and ran a page speed test as part of the handover.
  2. Build a page for each office Both offices got their own landing page with schema, tested in Google’s Rich Results Test. The updated sitemap went to Search Console, and GA4 was connected.
  3. Work one profile at a time We started with the first office: a full pass on its Google Business Profile, citations and a pin map. The second office’s profile and citations were scheduled next.
  4. Track, post and report We tracked 11 mold keywords per office in BrightLocal, kept up regular profile posts and citations, started blog posting around the turn of the year, and sent a monthly report.

Delivered

  • New content on every page of the site
  • Two office landing pages with schema
  • Search Console and GA4 setup with sitemap submission
  • Screaming Frog crawl, Rank Math settings and a page speed test
  • Profile setup review, citations and pin map for the first office
  • Monthly SEO reports from November 2025

What changed

Combined profile calls were 28 in December 2025 and 63 in February 2026, with 54 in the month between. That’s the trend we care most about for an inspection business, since the work starts with someone picking up the phone.

AI search hasn’t caught up yet. Semrush’s AI Search Visibility score held at 14 between the two snapshots in the March 2026 report, and brand mentions slipped from 7 to 5. That’s an area for the next phase of local SEO and blog content.

What we’d point out

December includes the holidays, so part of the jump from 28 calls is probably seasonal. The January to February move, 54 to 63, is the cleaner comparison, and it’s still only one month.

The second office started later. In November 2025 its profile couldn’t be found in Local Falcon; by January both offices were tracked in BrightLocal. If you run more than one office, plan for each profile to need its own landing page, its own citations and its own keyword tracking from day one. More on how we handle restoration and mold companies.
