AI Chatbots

AI Chatbot for Your Website

We build an AI chatbot for your website that answers visitor questions from your own content, captures and qualifies leads, books appointments, and hands the conversation to your team when a person should take over.

What an AI chatbot for your website does

An AI chatbot for website visitors is a chat assistant that sits on your pages, reads a visitor’s question in plain language, and answers from content you’ve approved. It can also take simple actions, like booking a call, collecting quote details or checking an order. When the question needs a person, it passes the chat to your team with a summary.

We build website chatbots for service firms, agencies and online stores in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia. The work runs from our office in Lahore, and it sits inside our wider AI chatbot development practice.

The goal is narrow on purpose. A good website bot handles the ten or twenty questions your team answers every week, gets real leads into your pipeline faster, and stays quiet on topics it shouldn’t touch.

Jobs a website chatbot handles well

Each bot is scoped to a short list of jobs. These are the ones we build most often.

Answer service and policy questions

Hours, service areas, turnaround times, returns and what’s included, answered from your own pages and documents.

Capture and qualify leads

Asks the questions your sales team would ask, then writes the lead to your CRM with a score and a short summary.

Book appointments

Reads open slots from Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly, offers times, and sends the confirmation.

Order and account lookups

On Shopify or WooCommerce stores, checks order status and tracking after the customer confirms their email and order number.

After-hours cover

Answers overnight visitors from another time zone and leaves a clean handover note for your team in the morning.

Handoff to a person

Routes the chat to email, your help desk or a live chat inbox whenever a visitor asks for a human or the topic is sensitive.

How we build and launch it

  1. Free audit We read your site, your contact form submissions and the questions your team gets, then list the jobs worth giving the bot.
  2. Written proposal You get a fixed monthly scope and price, plus a plain list of what the bot will and won’t do.
  3. Content and prompts We collect the pages, FAQs and policy documents the bot answers from, write its instructions and tone, and set the handoff rules.
  4. Build on staging We build the bot, connect it to your calendar, CRM or store with limited permissions, and install it on a staging copy of your site.
  5. Your test and sign-off You and your team try to break it with real and awkward questions. It goes live only after you approve.
  6. Review every two weeks We read the conversation logs, fix weak answers, add missing content and send you a short report.

Systems we connect it to

The chat window is the visible part. The useful part is what happens after the chat ends: a lead in HubSpot or Pipedrive, a booking in your calendar, a ticket in Zendesk or Freshdesk with the right tags. We set up those connections as part of the build, and bigger custom connections go through our API and connector team.

For lead capture, the bot follows the same scoring and routing rules described in our lead qualification automation service. If you want to see how scoring works before you commit, our guide on scoring and routing leads in minutes walks through it.

We usually run the bot on Claude or OpenAI’s GPT models, picked by testing which one answers your real questions more accurately at a sensible running cost. Your content and instructions stay separate from the model, so switching later doesn’t mean starting over.

Guardrails we set on every bot

A website bot speaks for your business, so we treat its limits as part of the build.

  • Answers come only from content you’ve approved, and the bot says when it doesn’t know.
  • Prices, discounts and promises are never made up. If you don’t publish prices, the bot doesn’t quote them.
  • Legal, medical and financial advice is blocked, with a polite route to a person.
  • Visitors can ask for a human at any point in the chat.
  • Personal data is limited to what the job needs, and logs are stored in accounts you own.
  • A clear notice tells visitors they’re talking to an AI assistant.

If nobody on your team can cover the handoff inbox, our non-voice BPO team can answer chat and email during agreed hours.

Questions about website chatbots

How long does it take to launch a website chatbot?

A bot that answers from your existing pages and books into one calendar can usually go to staging within a few weeks. Bots that read order data or write to a CRM take longer because each connection is tested. You’ll see a timeline in the proposal.

Will the chatbot slow down my website?

We load the chat widget after the main page content, so it doesn’t hold up the first view of the page. We check your page speed before and after install and report any change.

What happens when the bot doesn’t know the answer?

It says so plainly and offers a next step: leave contact details, send an email, or talk to a person during your hours. It never guesses at prices, policies or promises. Every unanswered question is logged so we can add the right content.

Which website platforms do you support?

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and custom-coded sites. Most installs are a single script tag or a small plugin, and we handle it on a staging copy first.

How is a website chatbot priced?

It’s priced after a free audit, based on the pages and documents the bot answers from, the systems it connects to and how many conversations you expect. You get a fixed monthly scope and price in writing before work starts.
