What white label web development means for your agency
White label web development is website build work done by one company and sold by another under its own brand. Your agency wins the project, owns the client relationship and sets the price. We write the code, build the pages and hand the finished site back to you, with no credit links, no footer tags and no contact with your client unless you ask for it.
Intelligent Solutions Tech has built websites from our office in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, since 2018. Agencies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia send us design files, a sitemap or a rough brief, and we turn them into working sites on the platform the client already uses or the one you recommend.
Agencies that outsource web development to us usually fall into one of three groups. Some sold more builds than their designers and developers can ship this quarter. Some are strong on design and strategy but don’t keep a developer on payroll. Others want a second team they can call on when a large project lands without warning.
What we build under your brand
Send us one project to test the fit, then add care plans once the first site is live.
WordPress sites
Custom themes and block-based builds that clients can edit themselves. See our WordPress development page for the stack we use.
Claude-coded websites
Fast, hand-coded sites we write with Claude and review line by line. Good for clients who care about load times and don’t want plugin bloat.
Shopify and WooCommerce stores
Store setup, theme work, product imports, payment and shipping rules, and the apps your client’s store needs on day one.
Landing pages
Single campaign pages built from your Figma file, wired to the client’s forms, tracking and CRM, ready for paid traffic.
Redesigns and migrations
Moving a client from Wix, Squarespace or an old theme to a new build, with redirects mapped so search rankings carry over.
Care plans
Monthly updates, backups, uptime checks and small edits, billed to you and resold to the client under your own plan names.
How a white label project runs
- Send the brief Share the design files, sitemap, copy and any login details. If the brief is thin, we send back a short list of questions first.
- Get a fixed scope We reply with a written proposal: pages, features, platform, timeline and a fixed price, so you know your margin before you quote the client.
- Build on a staging site We build on a private staging URL. You review each stage and share it with your client under your own agency’s name.
- Revise and test We work through your feedback, test forms, speed and mobile layouts, and run a pre-launch checklist.
- Launch and hand over We push the site live on the client’s hosting, hand back every login and send a short handover note you can forward.
- Stay on call Keep us on a care plan or call us for edits as they come up. You get a report every two weeks while work is active.
The rules we keep with every agency partner
These apply to every project from the first brief.
- No IntelliSolTech name, logo or link on any client site, file or email
- We don’t contact your clients unless you ask us to
- We sign your NDA before you send client files
- Once the project is paid, all code, design files and logins belong to your client, not to us
- We work in your project tool, whether that’s Asana, ClickUp, Trello or Basecamp
- Every build passes the same pre-launch checklist before you see it
When to outsource web development, and when not to
Outsourcing makes sense when you’ve got more signed work than build hours, or when a client asks for a platform your team doesn’t know. It also helps if you want to sell websites alongside SEO or ads without hiring a full-time developer for work that comes in bursts.
It makes less sense for projects where the client expects to sit with the developer every week. We work through you, so the client talks to your account manager and you talk to us. Some agencies pair our builds with our website maintenance plans so the same team that built the site looks after it.
If you’re comparing options, our page for marketing agencies covers the other work we deliver white label, from SEO to social media. For background on how our AI-assisted builds differ from page-builder sites, read what a Claude-coded website is. The full list of build services lives on our website design and development page.
Questions agencies ask about white label web development
Will my client know you built the site?
No. The site, the staging links, the code comments and the handover notes carry your agency’s name or no name at all. We don’t contact your client unless you ask us to join a call as part of your team.
How do you price white label builds?
Each project gets a fixed price after we review the brief, so you can add your margin before you quote. For a rough idea of what drives the number, try our website cost calculator.
Which platforms do you build on?
WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Webflow, plus hand-coded sites written with Claude. If your client is locked into another platform, tell us in the brief and we’ll say plainly whether we can do it well.
Can you work from our designs?
Yes. Agencies usually send Figma or Adobe XD files and we build to them. If you only have a wireframe or a reference site, our designers can produce the layouts under your brand first.
What happens after launch?
You can put the client on a care plan that we run in the background, or take the site over yourselves. Either way you get every login and file, and we stay available for paid edits.
