You can take the plan to any developer. If you’d like us to build it, our business process automation team picks it up from there.
We’re vendor-neutral. We have no reseller deals with any platform, so a recommendation for Zapier over n8n, or for leaving a process manual, is based only on what fits your business.

How is this different from the free audit?
The free audit is a quick review that identifies the obvious opportunities and leads to a proposal. The readiness assessment goes department by department, checks data and systems in detail, and produces a full roadmap and AI use policy.
Do we have to hire you to build what you recommend?
No. The roadmap is written so any competent developer or in-house team can act on it. Some clients ask us to build the first items, but that’s a separate decision.
How is AI automation consulting priced?
It’s priced after the free audit based on the size of your business and how many departments are in scope. You’ll get a fixed price in a written proposal before we start.
Can you help us write rules for staff using ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. An AI use policy is part of every assessment, and we can also set up business workspaces with admin controls so the policy is backed by the right settings.
