Claude is a family of AI models and apps made by Anthropic, used for writing, analysis, coding and working through long documents. Most businesses start with a few staff on personal accounts, pasting in text one chat at a time. Setting Claude up properly means a shared business workspace, reusable instructions and reference files for each team, safe connections to your company data, and Claude built into the workflows that run without anyone opening a chat.

Questions we get about Claude for business
Should we use Claude or ChatGPT?
Both are strong. Claude is often preferred for long documents, careful writing and coding, while ChatGPT has a broad set of built-in features like image generation. Many businesses use both, and we can set up either or both depending on what your teams do.
Is our data used to train Claude?
Anthropic’s commercial terms for Team, Enterprise and API use say customer data isn’t used for model training by default. We’ll walk you through the current settings and retention options for your plan during setup.
Can Claude connect to our CRM or database?
Yes, through connectors or a custom MCP server. We set the connection to the narrowest access that works, often read-only at first, and log what Claude requests.
Is Claude Code only for developers?
It’s built for coding work, so it suits developers and technical staff best. Non-technical teams usually get more from Projects and connectors in the Claude app, which is where we focus their training.
Are you an Anthropic partner?
No. We’re an independent agency that builds with Claude. We don’t resell Anthropic plans, so subscriptions and API usage are billed directly to your account.
