Google Business Profile Optimization Services

We audit and rebuild your Google Business Profile so it matches how customers search: the right categories, complete services, steady posts and photos, a review routine and clean citations. You keep ownership, and we report every two weeks.

What our Google Business Profile optimization service covers

Google Business Profile optimization is the work of making your free Google listing complete, accurate and active, so it appears in the map pack and on Google Maps for the searches that bring you jobs. We run it as a monthly service for local businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia, from our office in Lahore.

Plenty of profiles get set up once and then left alone. The primary category is too broad, half the services are missing, the description reads like a slogan and the newest photo is two years old. Each gap is small on its own. Together they decide whether Google shows you or the competitor three streets over.

This page covers the profile itself. For the wider program of citations, location pages and on-site work, see our local SEO services.

What we fix on your profile

Every profile starts with an audit against the top listings in your map pack. These are the areas we usually work through.

Categories

We check the primary and secondary categories your competitors rank with and pick the closest match to the work you really do. Our guide to choosing profile categories explains how.

Services and products

We list each service you offer, with plain descriptions written in the words customers type, and add products where your category supports them.

Business description

A clear description inside Google’s 750-character limit that says what you do, where you do it and who it’s for, with no keyword stuffing.

Photos

A monthly photo plan covering your team, vehicles, work in progress and finished jobs. You send the photos, and we sort, caption and add them.

Google posts

Regular posts about your services, seasonal work and updates, each with a button that points to the matching page on your site.

Hours, attributes and links

Regular and holiday hours, service attributes, booking links and tagged website links, so your analytics shows which visits came from the profile.

How the work runs

You don’t need a sales call. Most of the back and forth happens over WhatsApp, email or our forms.

  1. Free audit. Send your business name and website through the free audit form. We check your profile, the listings that outrank you and your main directory listings.
  2. Written proposal. You get a fixed monthly scope and price in writing, with the first month’s changes listed.
  3. Manager access. You add us as a manager on the profile. Ownership stays with you.
  4. Staged changes. We send the planned category, service and description edits for your review before anything goes live.
  5. Monthly upkeep. Posts, photos, review requests and listing checks run every month, with a report every two weeks.

Reviews, citations and your website

Reviews carry real weight in the map pack, and a polished profile can’t make up for a thin review count. We set up a request routine: a short review link, email and text templates, and a QR card for the front desk or the van. We also draft replies to new reviews for you to approve.

Google cross-checks your profile against the rest of the web. When your name, address or phone number differs between the profile, your site and directories like Yelp or Bing Places, that mismatch counts against you. We list every one we find and fix the ones in scope.

The page your profile links to matters too. It should match the profile’s main category and city. If that page doesn’t exist yet, we’ll say so in the audit and include it in the proposal.

What you see in each report

Reports come every two weeks in plain language. Each one shows:

  • Calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile
  • The search terms that showed your profile
  • Map pack positions for agreed keywords across your service area
  • Posts and photos published since the last report
  • New reviews and the replies that went out
  • The work planned for the next two weeks

Agencies can resell the same work under their own brand through our white label local SEO service.

Who this is for

It suits service-area businesses such as plumbers, roofers, cleaners and other home services companies, along with clinics, law firms and shops with a front door. If customers don’t visit your address, Google’s guidelines say to hide it and set a service area, and we’ll set that up for you.

If you’d rather do the work in-house, our local SEO checklist is a good place to start. It covers the same profile basics in a format your team can follow.

Google Business Profile FAQs

How long before changes show up on my profile?

Edits to categories, services and the description usually appear within a few days, though Google holds some edits for review. Map pack positions move more slowly and depend on competition, reviews and your website, so we track them over months, not weeks.

Do you need owner access to my profile?

No. Manager access covers nearly everything we do, and ownership stays with your business. We never ask for your Google password, and you can remove our access at any time.

Can you help with a suspended profile?

Yes. We review the profile against Google’s guidelines, fix what most likely triggered the suspension and help you prepare the reinstatement request with the documents Google asks for. Google makes the final call, so we can’t promise the outcome.

How is this service priced?

It’s priced after a free audit, based on the number of locations and how much work the profile needs. You get a fixed monthly scope and price in writing before any work starts.

Will you add keywords to my business name or post fake reviews?

No. Both break Google’s guidelines and put the profile at risk of suspension. We keep your name exactly as it appears on your signage and paperwork, and we only ask real customers for reviews.
