What white label local SEO is
White label local SEO is local search work that we deliver and you resell under your agency’s name. Your client sees your logo on every report and talks only to you. We handle the Google Business Profile work, citations, location pages and rank tracking in the background.
It suits agencies, web designers and consultants whose clients need to show up in the map pack but who don’t want to hire and train a local SEO team. You set the price and own the account. We work to the scope you sell, from our office in Lahore, and report to you every two weeks.
If you also resell organic SEO, see our white label SEO service. This page covers the local side: maps, profiles, reviews and city pages, as part of our wider local SEO work.
What’s included in white label local SEO
Each client gets a monthly scope you approve. These are the pieces we usually combine, depending on what the audit finds.
Google Business Profile management
Category and service setup, business description, photos, regular posts and Q&A. We follow Google’s guidelines and log every change we make.
Citation cleanup and building
We find listings with the wrong name, address or phone number, fix them on the directories that matter, and add new listings where they help.
Location and service area pages
A separate page for each city or service area, written around the client’s real services. No copied pages with the town name swapped.
Review request setup
Request email and text templates, QR cards and a short review link, so happy customers know where to post. Replies go out from the client or from you.
Local rank tracking
Grid-based rank tracking for priority keywords, so you can show clients where they appear across their whole service area, beyond the streets around their office.
On-page local SEO
Title tags, LocalBusiness schema, consistent contact details in the footer, an embedded map and internal links on the client’s site, staged for your review first.
How the white label process works
You stay the face of the account from first pitch to monthly report. Here’s how a new client moves through our side.
- Send the client’s details. Share the business name, website and target areas through our form, WhatsApp or email. We run a free audit you can show to the prospect.
- Agree the scope. We send you a written proposal with a fixed monthly scope and price for that client. You add your margin and sell it.
- Set up access. You or the client grant manager access to the profile, the website and analytics. We never ask your client for logins directly.
- Review staged work. Profile changes, new pages and citation lists come to you for review before anything goes live.
- Get reports every two weeks. You receive white label reports with your logo, plus a short note on what we did and what’s planned next.
Reporting under your brand
Reports are where a white label arrangement builds trust with your client or loses it. Ours carry your logo and colors, use plain language and skip the vanity charts. Each one covers:
- Map pack and organic rankings for the agreed keywords
- Calls, direction requests and website clicks from the Business Profile
- New and corrected citations
- Pages published and on-page changes made
- Review count and average rating over time
- The work planned for the next two weeks
We don’t contact your clients, put our name on deliverables or link to our own site from their pages. If a client asks a question you can’t answer, send it to us and we’ll write a reply you can forward.
Who this works for
White label local SEO usually fits marketing agencies and web design studios with local clients such as home services, law firms, clinics and restoration companies. They already sell websites or ads and want local SEO as a recurring line without the hiring.
It also suits freelancers who have more local clients than hours. You can start with one account and add more as you sell. We work US, UK, European and Australian hours by agreement, so your questions don’t sit overnight.
If your team is new to local search, our local SEO checklist and our post on picking Google Business Profile categories are good primers to share internally.
White label local SEO FAQs
Will my clients know you’re involved?
No. Reports, documents and emails carry your agency’s branding. We work through the access you give us, and we don’t contact your clients unless you ask us to join a call under your agency’s name.
How is white label local SEO priced?
Each client account is priced after a free audit, based on the number of locations, the keywords and how much work the profile and citations need. You get a fixed monthly price per client and set your own resale price.
Can you handle clients with multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location brands get a profile plan, citation set and location page for each site, and we can report on each location separately or as a group.
Do you need access to my client’s Google Business Profile?
Yes. We ask for manager access, granted by you or the client, so ownership always stays with the business. We never ask for owner rights or passwords.
Can I start with one client?
Yes. Send a single account first, review our work and the reports, and add more clients when you’re ready. There’s no minimum number of accounts.
